We’re a passionate nationwide team of young adults committed to working alongside communities around the world as they overcome poverty.

We need lasting change and we need it right now. But to get change, we’ve got to start in our own communities. And no one knows your local community like you do. 

We need you!

As an Empower Local Leader, you’ll get brilliant training, skills for a heroic CV, and a chance to work with amazing, energetic, inspiring people who are all changing our world right now.

And if you’ve got some more time, become an Empower Regional Mobiliser. You’ll be the power behind Empower, and get specialist training too.
