Live it! (20 Jul 2007)

Sixth form students from Catholic schools and colleges are invited to live it! - a one-day conference on 14 March 2008.

Taking place in Manchester, the day is aimed at young people with a commitment to social justice, and offers a unique opportunity for the students to engage in a lively way with issues of environmental sustainability in the light of the Gospel and Catholic Social Teaching."

live it! will help sixth form students to:

• celebrate livesimply and find ways to live it
• engage with Catholic Social Teaching
• learn how our lifestyles affect the poorest and how to take action
• be inspired and equipped to share their learning with their peers

The day will include workshops, liturgies, music, great speakers, interactive displays, and discussions.
