'Hear my people cry'

The National Justice and Peace Network Conference 2008 will take place at The Hayes Centre, Swanwick, Derbyshire from 18 - 20 July.

Organized in conjunction with Liverpool Archdiocese Justice & Peace Commission, it is a conference that explores the dilemmas and opportunities of living a Christian life in the modern world.

The theme of the '08 conference is: living as Christians in our modern time, exploring what it means to "love tenderly, live justly, and walk humbly with God". It will focus on the implications of "doing justice" in the places where we live.
