Calling all Superheroes!
Progressio is holding out for some real life heroes to iron their capes, dust off their masks and complete a courageous deed to help raise money for Progressio's life-changing work.
On Sunday 17th May, hundreds of runners of all abilities will embark on 5km and 10km fun runs in London's Regents Park. Sign up here!
Every real-life hero who takes part in Sunday's run will receive a superhero costume, ensuring that Bane and Batman can join forces for the greater good and Superman and Lex Luther are able to put their differences aside and fundraise together.
The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk - you decide! No previous experience is required and with a bit of training 10km should be possible even for the least experienced runner.
All you need to do is pledge to raise £100 for Progressio.

The Doitforcharity.com Superhero Run will take place in London's Regent Park on Sunday 17th May 2015. Registration will be from 9.45 am with the run due to start from approximately 11.00 am.
The registration fee for this event is £22, which includes your superhero costume of choice!
